Olitalia's Pomace Oil is a perfect blend of Virgin Olive Oil and Pomace Olive Oil and its quality and first class flavour make it suitable for any type of cooking.

Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in Forli in Italy and is made from 100% Olives. The pressing process and quality control used with Olitalia protects the natural antioxidant compounds in the oil, therefore, enhancing both its flavour and nutritional profile. Extra virgin olive oil has no carbohydrate, no protein, no cholesterol, no minerals, and no sodium, however, it does contain vitamin E which is a fat-soluble.

It is also the ideal ingredient for making sauces, using as dressing and cooking. Olitalia olive oil has a very distinctive fruity flavour taste, the taste of simplicity itself. Q –What is the difference between Extra Virgin and Pomace Olive Oil?

A- Extra Virgin is the higher grade crop and is the oil removed from first press (richer oil) while pomace is the lower grade crop and is the oil removed from continuous pressing of the seed and olive cake.
