AccreditationsMany of the organisations that we deal with are leaders in their field and demand only the very best. All operate to the highest of standards, and we simply wouldn’t be doing business with them if we didn’t have the necessary systems, procedures and processes in place.
We take quality very seriously, and all the oils that arrive at our depots are inspected and batch tested in our own in-house lab before they are released into the supply chain, offering full traceability.
Our strict quality control procedure is also backed up by independent accreditation bodies such as The British Retail Consortium, Excellence Ireland Hygiene Award and HACCP. Under BRC, we obtained Grade AA accreditation Global standard 7, and more recently, Excellence Ireland awarded us with an Emerald award – one of the highest quality awards bestowed upon an organisation.

While each one of our venues has its own unique personality, they all rely on good service and high quality from our suppliers. We can count on both of those from Frylite, delivered when we need them. Wherever possible, we also aim to recycle and reuse, minimising our carbon footprint, and Frylite’s complete delivery and collection service helps us to do that with no effort from us.
When it comes to produce, whether fish straight off the boat or meat and vegetables from local farmers, we source and serve the very best we can find from Dingle and Kerry. Food that good has to be prepared and cooked properly, so we choose Frylite products every time. Their complete service is second to none.
