Fry-Max

Frymax is the leading all-vegetable frying fat for the fish frying trade. Frymax is an additive-free, longer-lasting product delivering perfect performance time after time.

Frymax contains no hydrogenated oils and has less than one percent of trans-fatty acids. A heavy duty all vegetable-based fat suitable for all frying applications where a product is preferred to be solid at room temperature. No additives are used in its composition.

Main Features

  • Made from pure Vegetable Oils (Palm)
  • Moisture Content 0.2% maximum
  • Free Fatty Acid 0.10% maximum when packed
  • Peroxide value 2.0 maximum when packed (meq/kg)

Odour and flavour Free from foreign odours and flavours. If used for frying recommended frying temperature is 375°F (191°C). It is unwise to subject fats to temperatures above 400°F (205°C).

Storage and Handling

Fats should be stored cool and dry, off the floor and away from odorous materials. Recommended: 15 – 18 Deg C.
