To many of our clients, oil is the lifeblood of their business, without it they wouldn’t be able to keep their fryers running, or make the muffins that the supermarket is awaiting delivery of. We understand, more than most, the importance of providing our customers with a regular, reliable and timely delivery service.

The delivery service explained

Before we enter in to a relationship with any new client, we make the point of visiting their premises to build up an understanding of their business and their needs. Having a clear idea of your requirements, when we’re on site, we’ll make a call to our distribution department to find out when we’re next in the area and what day we’ll deliver on. From then on regardless of your requirements we will call to your premises every week or whatever is agreed to check that you have a sufficient supply of oil for the period ahead whilst also collecting your waste. This not only ensures that you never run out but we are also given the opportunity to ensure that your yard or stock cupboard is always kept clean and is never cluttered or over flowing with waste.

With five depots strategically positioned throughout Ireland (Strabane, Coleraine, Galway, Dublin and Cork) we now offer national coverage and are no further than an hour and a half away from any customer, anywhere in Ireland. We have over eighty vehicles on the road every day, servicing customers in every corner of Ireland. This means that we are likely to be able to deliver to you on a day and at a time that suits. Moreover on the odd occasion that you might run into an emergency due to unforeseen demand we have the logistic capabilities to ensure we never let you down. Our business runs in tandem with your own so quite often we can deliver on a day or at a time that suits you. This is often helpful to many of the customers we supply in the ethnic sector that often don’t open their restaurants till after 4pm.

Sourcing Policy

Frylite supply a wide range of vegetable oils which are sourced directly from leading refineries throughout Europe. Over the twenty five years that we’ve been in business, we’ve been able to develop some strong relationships with the larger refineries allowing us to command and obtain on your behalf some of the freshest and highest quality oils available on the market. Because we deal direct we are able to offer you more competitive prices by cutting out the many middlemen (brokers/packers) present in the supply chain that tend to inflate oil prices.
