YARD SUPERVISOR Ref YS0513/
Hours of work will be 2.30pm to 12 midnight Monday to Friday (45 hours per week.) The successful candidate must have at least 2 years experience in a previous supervisory role preferably within a food processing environment. Experience of BRC audits and HACCP procedures would be an advantage. He/She will report to the Plant Manager and be responsible for managing efficiencies, staff performance and prioritising work loads across both the fresh oil / waste oil sites. You will also be responsible for the loading of vehicles for the following day with accurate stock control for various products, vehicle hygiene, updating quality records and maintaining a clean, safe working environment to a high standard for all staff. The successful candidate will also ensure all staff adhere to on-site EHS and security procedures and be responsible for the locking up of both sites at the end of the shift being the point of contact for external communication on evening shift.
PRODUCTION OPERATIVES Ref PO0513/
Hours of work will be 7.30am to 4.30pm or 2.30pm to 12 midnight Monday to Friday (45 hours per week). Duties include emptying containers and barrels of used cooking oil, washing and power hosing buckets to meet daily production targets and any other associated duties. Candidates must be prepared to work in yard/outdoor conditions and carry out tasks that require heavy manual lifting. On the job training will be given together with Hygiene and HACCP training. Preference will be given to applicants holding a valid forklift certificate and have worked in a production and/or work environment that required physical effort and heavy lifting.
